Terms & Conditions for Beyond Breath

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING BEYOND BREATH. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Beyond Breath (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By purchasing and accessing Beyond Breath (“Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.1 Ownership & Copyright
All materials within the Beyond Breath program—including but not limited to videos, audios, worksheets, PDFs, written content, methodologies, techniques, and frameworks—are the sole property of Beyond Breath and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

1.2 License & Restrictions
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, share, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Program.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Program in any way.
  • Use any content from the Program to create derivative works, courses, or training materials.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be considered a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

2. PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Payment Terms

  • By purchasing Beyond Breath, you agree to pay the full amount listed at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

2.2 No Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the full payment and no refunds will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to lack of participation, change of circumstances, or dissatisfaction.

3. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY LIMITATION

3.1 No Guarantee of Results
The Company does not guarantee any specific results from participation in Beyond Breath. Your success depends on various factors, including personal effort, commitment, and external circumstances.

3.2 Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

  • The Program is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice.
  • We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological counseling. If you require medical or mental health support, please consult a licensed professional.
  • You agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

3.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Program.
  • Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities as a result of using the Program.
  • Any technological failures, interruptions, or unauthorized third-party access affecting your experience.

By purchasing the Program, you waive any claims against the Company for any perceived harm, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

4. ACCESS & TERMINATION

4.1 Lifetime Access

  • You receive lifetime access to Beyond Breath, meaning you will have ongoing access to the course materials for as long as the Program exists.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time. If discontinued, you will receive reasonable notice and the option to download materials before closure.

4.2 Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke access to Beyond Breath without a refund if you engage in:

  • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward the Company, staff, or other participants.
  • Copyright infringement, illegal distribution of Program materials, or unauthorized sharing.
  • Violations of these Terms and Conditions.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

5.1 Confidentiality Agreement
Any personal or sensitive information shared within the Program (including but not limited to private discussions, testimonials, or participant contributions) shall remain confidential. However, the Company may use testimonials with consent for marketing purposes.

5.2 Privacy Policy
By enrolling in Beyond Breath, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of your personal data. We do not sell or distribute your information to third parties.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Lehi, Utah, with each party responsible for their own legal fees.

7. AMENDMENTS & AGREEMENT TO TERMS

7.1 Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7.2 Acknowledgment & Agreement
By purchasing Beyond Breath, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • You accept that no refunds will be given.
  • You are solely responsible for your actions and outcomes.

FINAL SECTION: ACCEPTANCE & AGREEMENT

✔ Beyond Breath reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
✔ By purchasing Beyond Breath, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

📌 If you do not agree with these Terms, DO NOT purchase or access the Program.

Aimer Accommodations

The upstairs level of the Lodge is accessed by a beautiful wooden staircase or by an elevator. The upstairs has 5 beautiful suites, each wonderfully decorated, all of the upstairs suites have their own bathrooms.

  • Room 1 – Queen Bed, Twin/Twin Bunkbed
  • Room 2 – King Bed, Twin/Twin Bunkbed
  • Room 3 – Queen Bed, Twin/Twin Bunkbed
  • Room 4 – Queen Bed, Twin/Twin Bunkbed, Twin Bed
  • Room 5 – King Bed, Twin/Twin Bunkbed.

Agape Accommodations

The downstairs level of the lodge is accessed by a stairway from the main level. This level provides perfect accommodations for large groups. Huge bathrooms provide plenty of sinks and shower space to make everyone happy. The back rooms have one queen bed and one full bed bunk bed with a twin over the top.

Amore Accommodations

The downstairs level of the lodge is accessed by a stairway from the main level. This level provides perfect accommodations for large groups. Huge bathrooms provide plenty of sinks and shower space to make everyone happy. The back rooms have one queen bed and one full bed bunk bed with a twin over the top.
